Duplicate book .

Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them at least 6 times without any response. I bought the hard back, set of 5 books for my grandson, who has a birthday Feb. 13th, and 2 of them are the same book! I've left my phone# and email SIX times!!! I started emailing them back in the beginning of January or late December so I would have this corrected in time for his birthday. Very disappointed in their customer service! Maybe they need to learn about responsibility!!!

Hi Martha, so sorry for your experience. We do indeed pride ourselves on customer service as we are a family run business. Unfortunately, our phone system was not forwarding calls for about 5 days and only received emails. I personally replied to the email and as stated, we will certainly remedy the situation. We always take care of issues. But, sometimes technology just doesn't want to work. I will send you another email to follow up. Thank you, Todd

Max 0 to 4 board books. Years of learning ahead!

I read all the books and they are very good. However I bought these for my little great grandson who will be turning 1 next month. They are ahead of him, but I found all kinds of things to help him learn. Where’s the bird?, where’s Max’s little books? Where is Max!, Molly, and the other characters. He’ll learn to say “thank you and please”. I’m sure he will enjoy looking at the pictures while his Mom or me reads to him. He will be learning from these for quite a few years! Very well written.

Thank you for the note Pat. You are right in that he'll learn from these for quite a few years. Based on science, which is why we created Max Rhymes, it's a misnomer to think these books are ahead of him. Quite the opposite and he's of perfect age because he'll have every one of our rhymes memorized before he can speak fluently let alone read. Unlike a 3-7 year old where you might see the results instantly, but not to worry. Every one of these positive messages will be programmed in his subconscious forever. Better than hoped for!

These little books are super! Great illustrations, clever hidden books on each page, and best of all, the outstanding instruction! My 3 year old granddaughter wants me to read them over and over. Her love of these books is far more satisfying than I could have hoped for.
